Small Business Development Center

The 冰球突破豪华版游戏下载 SBDC office covers northwest North Dakota which includes Divide, Burke, Williams, Mountrail, and McKenzie counties. The office is open to help new and existing business owners with all facets of owning and operating businesses including business plans, cash flows, loan preparations, research, and many other small business items.

The SBDC is a free service that is supported by SBA, the State of North Dakota, and many local banks and agencies. Visit the state site for more information.

Starting Your Business

Step 1
Fill out the SBA 641 Form.

Step 2
Fill in the Business Plan Form.
Refer to the Contractor Compliance Checklist to complete the business plan.

Step 3
Fill out the Business Budget Sheet.

Step 4
Obtain your Federal Tax Identification Number/EIN.
Obtain any specific North Dakota Tax Permit Information.

Step 5
Attach your Resume (or use the Management Resume provided) to your business plan.

Step 6
Fill out the Personal Financial Statement.

Step 7
Call the Regional Director to set up an appointment to go through your information.
The Regional Director will make every effort to meet with you within 10 days. Feel free to email or call with questions.
